Build a .Net 4.5 DLL that wraps the QuickBooks online webservice for certain interfaces

Born ([login to view URL]) referred to as Customer and Destiny Solutions referred to as vendor will enter into an agreement to successfully deliver a QuickBooks DLL that will provide the following: Vendor needs to use Visual Studio 2012 with .Net 4.5 and DotNetOpenAuth service to develop the DLL. The DLL should provide the ability to do the following: 1. Pull Orders from QuickBooks. The Orders must provide all pertinent properties to an order. A filter capability for pulling by Order Number >= and <= range, all Orders from to given date >= and <= date range, Oders from given date >=, by product sku, by customer, by vendor, and by customer email address. 2. Ability to pull orders with their associated inventory records with the same filters as listed above. 3. Ability to load orders. All associated accounts should reflect this transaction to insure QuickBooks is balanced after the transaction is applied. 4. Ability to pull inventory numbers by product sku, range of product sku >= and <= range, all product inventory numbers, 5. Ability to update inventory numbers by product sku with any associated updates required by QuickBooks to insure that QuickBooks accounts are in-sync. Said DLL will go against the On-Line QuickBooks product using web services. All source code will be delivered with the source code well documented. A review of the code will take place using TeamView 10 version before final payment is made.
