Build a windows desktop application in c# WPF/UWP and Git ( I want the source code to control) -- 2

I want to build an application that allow accountants to manage daily expenses (it is in spanish so I would pass the text to you): A> FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS [login to view URL] are codes that reflect different concepts (fuel, paying taxes, buy paper,etc...) that can be saved. Those codes have 3 categories>codes for expending, for receiving money and neutral. 2. Each day we get the previous money available (from the before day). And we calculate how much money is available (we add or substract money using those codes). (see file example of [login to view URL]) 3. we have an admin account that can edit and modify codes. [login to view URL] have the normal account that can only add expenses or incomes 5. We need in the end of the day a report in pdf or excel (please see [login to view URL] attached) that can be saved and printed. 6. We need in the end of month another report that give us information of the total money flow of the month. 6. we should be able to access any report in any given day. 7. We need also to filter movements by code ( for instance code aa333: fuel for car, fff1d: income from job). This help us to know what happened each month with the mony (for auditories for instance) B> OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1. We use c# and a Git repository (gitlab or github). For SQL PLEASE USE LINQ LAMBDA expressions 2. I need WPF or UWP since it is a desktop application. 3. It would be nice to use sql (please dont use my sql). We will discuss how to save the data. 4. We use a validation code that the user must use to activate this software. Otherwise will not work
