Prompt for Login (employee ID, employee password,) - 1st time login, to ask for password change *Master module To capture visitor info (name, ID, gender, contact no.) + location to visit (dropdown list) + webcam to capture photo (if ON) Upon captured the detail, auto insert with date/time *Admin module A. employee administration with access control [employee name, employee ID, employee password, department, user role, date join, date left, 1st login pwd change?, password change date] B. Configure to select desired 1 USB webcam (avail in current PC) & choose to turn on/off webcam C. Location configuration (add/remove) D. Reset employee password **Note 1. user role = access Master module 2. Manager role = access Master and Reporting modules 3. admin role = access to all modules *Reporting module = visit breakdown by date = visit breakdown by location
