Develop Dotnet Core 2.1 console application

Hello developers, I would like to hire a Dotnet Core developer with knowledge of MOIP payments to create a simple console application to collect creditcard payments and boleto payments with Moip. This will be a *very simple console application* with the requirements specified in the attached document. It is important to use the Moip Nuget package and NOT http calls.
