MSSQL Data Import Project, create SSIS or Other Process to import Spreadsheets

The task would be to create a task in SSIS or any method for importing Excel Spreadsheets. The spreadsheets have the same number of columns and the first 5 rows are skipped. I have a couple of sample files. The worksheet tab on the spreadsheets are not named the same but there is only one tab in each file. This job could be scheduled to run daily as to import new files when they are added to the Import Path. The task that I am asking you to bid on is 1) examine spreadsheet files 2)create schema based on columns 3)write import script for database 4)provide a simple front end for searching the database I will provide remote access to an MS SQL 2014 server with SSIS and Data Tools installed (Visual Basic 2015), The sample files will be located on this server for import. They are not very large (column A through W) but there are many of them which should not matter. Do you have any additional questions before bidding?
