Based on your web application (how much is your web application that will use IIS as a host ) . lets say if you have a website with small daily transaction and your website has around 50 users logged in at same time , You need at least 8GB RAM , 100 GB Disk space (50 OS+SQL server ,50 Database) , and two cores CPUs . If it huge website and need more efficiency and high availability , I recommend to have two servers with same specs above and have load balance between them.
