Hello, my name is Emanuel and I'm a software developer from Germany. I've already writte several triggers for MS SQL databases. It's not that complicated. All you need is a trigger which listens on you data table and check if there is a new insert or update. If that's the case it'll have to check if the column is 0 or not and update it if needed.
