OAUTH2 -> LinkedIn search to build spreadsheet and present a one page SAVE function with Sales Navigator -- 2

LinkedIn has an OAUTH API in which you can write server to server calls to extract profile info. I want a C# APP written in DOT NET Core which will run on MAC and Windows to build a spreadsheet with potential leads.

There are two parts to this application. (1) we need a search to create a list of potential leads. Search terms are mostly (95%) Location, Job Title and Industry. There may be a need to add some keywords. This part may or may not be done as a screen scraper (capable of grabbing more than a page at a time, which is limited to 25). I prefer to do this part as an OAUTH call.

(2) build a spreadsheet where we can save the list into a file or save the leads in Sales Navigator.

This is a repost because the developer who worked on it quit, but I did buy the code so you have the option of using this code or starting from scratch. Note: the developer used the mobile interface instead of the OAUTH interface which is probably why he quit. He just couldn't get it to work consistently. But also note, the user interface he created was very slick so you don't have to write any of that, you can use the existing code.

What is not working is the search.

Also note, I want to use Google Sheets as the spreadsheet program instead of Excel so this app is available to more users (who don't have excel).

You must have some OAUTH API experience. Best is to have LinkedIn OAUTH experience.

There will be many other follow on projects involving Instagram and Active Campaign for a developer who can deliver.
