Retrieve All Images from Google Mail as Thumbnails and Option to Delete

I need a program written in C# that allows a non-computer person to run it easily. The program should ask the user for their Google Mail email address and password. The program should then extract all images (.jpg, .png, .gif) etc but NO other files from their GMAIL inbox and sent messages. The extracted images should appear in a folder as thumbnails. Lastly, the user should be given the option to delete the thumbnail and it will also delete the original message containing that picture. I have a well-written program in Java but it is missing some of the advanced features that I need. I also need it in C# (sharp). I can provide the basic software and a test account. The software should work with any GMAIL account regardless of size. I have some accounts with 20,000 emails so it should not crash even with large accounts.
