We have a cyber cafe. we need an app, to install on every pc. the app will be running the background of every PC, and if any of the following issues are found it will email us. here is the checklist 1. make sure drive C has at least 10gb of free space. if not email us. 2. make sure an active mouse or keyboard is plugged in. 3. make sure the headset and MIC are plugged in and active. I am new to bidding on freelancer but the requirements seem easy enough. I recommend a managed language like C# or VB.NET for the project. Starting with a given configuration file (XML later) with default parameters for each test running in a background our a custom Windows Service, with access to email notification services and an optional centralized data capture database . Expandable for future test requirements, as new test are created, the project will build a library of testable KPIs including local hardware levels or external services.
