Looking to design a cylindrical like model approximately 3 inches wide by 3 inches tall with a water tight sealed side entry that slides open into a storage area capable of holding 8 -12 ounces of granular matter. Additionally, said model will contain a permanently affixed water tube with threads to attach to a 1/2 inch water spout. It must also have a shallow seat below the threads for a rubber seal. The tube will allow for the free flow of water from the water spout to an opening on the floor of the storage area, The floor shall be permanently affixed upon an X beam and contain 2 holes opposite each other allowing for water to flow to and from the left and right sealed sections of the X. The X beam will function to divide the flow of water into sealed quadrants and allow water entering the top, bottom and left quadrant to drain. Water falling into the right quadrant will not drain but rather be forced back up into the storage chamber through the small hole where it will mix with the granular like substance before exiting the hole opposite where it will fall into the left quadrant and out the drain.
A dial having an opening that broadens shall install underneath the hole of the right side quadrant. The flow of water from the sealed quadrant into the storage chamber will be determined by its setting. An OFF setting will block the flow of water forcing its passage back into the stream of water and out. If front facing rotate the dial clockwise all the way for OFF then counterclockwise to set mixture low to high as dial opening broadens.
The drain pipe must have a water spout like extension including 1/2 inch threads to affix an external shower head.
