Hi ,This looks like very interesting reverse-engineering project. I have successfully delivered similar complex industrial hardware reconstruction for an Australian client (hydrogen technologies) few years back. After reviewing the photos of your 80A dual-channel H-bridge controller, I noticed few critical details first, the board features a microcontroller unit. so simple physical clone of the circuit won't work. We will either need to attempt extracting the legacy firmware from the old chip or write completely fresh code. second, the original design deliberately separates the control PCB from the high-current load (the heavy-duty contactors). I strongly recommend keeping it this way. Forcing an 80A continuous motor load onto a single circuit board is dangerous. It will creates massive heat, also very expensive to build, and the electrical noise from the motors can easily crash the microchip. Keeping the logic isolated is much safer and more reliable. if you really want to combine both, we can try and manufacture prototype to know its usable or not. Instead of trying to copy, I propose a modernized redesign. First, I will need to understand the exact external signals and inputs the controller receives. From there, I will design new PCB using modern microcontroller and write fresh firmware that perfectly matches the original working principles.
