Mechanical Engineer/SolidWorks Expert Needed

Job Description:
Background: Our company is a management and investment company in the Post-Harvest Agriculture industry. One of our portfolio companies is a specialized equipment manufacturer for pre-cooling equipment (used to remove field heat from fresh produce as it comes in from the field).
We are looking for someone (preferably a mechanical engineer) who can work very efficiently in SolidWorks to create as-built shop drawings and then to create a new design from the as-built drawings for our pre-cooling equipment.
This person would work towards completing unfinished drawings and starting new drawings for equipment to be built that we do not have drawings for. All of this would be done with the help of feedback from SMEs in pre-cooling equipment.
This would be an ongoing project, and if successful, we would like to continue new projects throughout the year.
