Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste en CAO + CFD pour finaliser un prototype, préparer un maillage CFD de qualité, et réaliser des tests OpenFOAM, avec visualisation et analyse sous OpenView (ou équivalent). Travail demandé : 1. Modélisation 3D – Version V4 - Construction propre du modèle. - Logiciel accepté : FreeCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc. - Modèle propre, étanche, sans erreurs topologiques. - Export STEP + fichiers natifs. 2. Préparation du maillage CFD - Création du domaine d’écoulement. - Maillage OpenFOAM (snappyHexMesh ou blockMesh). Critères attendus : * contrôle du y+, * orthogonalité correcte, * skewness maîtrisée, * zones de raffinement autour des buses et du venturi. - Export compatible OpenView ou ParaView. 3. Simulation CFD - Simulation stationnaire (incompressible) + éventuellement transitoire. - Conditions aux limites réalistes (corps en mouvement, vitesse d’air, pression). - Analyse des champs : * vitesse, pression, turbulence, jets, recirculation. - Comparaison entre variantes géométriques si nécessaire. 4. Visualisation & Analyse (OpenView ou autre) - Post‑traitement des résultats. - Visualisation des lignes de courant, iso‑surfaces, gradients de pression. - Export d’images + fichiers de visualisation. - Rapport synthétique des performances aérodynamiques. Livrables attendus - Modèle 3D final (STEP + natif). - Dossier OpenFOAM complet (0/, constant/, system/). - Maillage validé. - Fichiers OpenView / ParaView. - Rapport technique (PDF) : méthodologie, résultats, recommandations. Compétences recherchées - Maîtrise de FreeCAD ou équivalent CAO. - Expertise confirmée en OpenFOAM. - Connaissance d’un outil de visualisation : OpenView, ParaView, etc. - Expérience en aérodynamique, jets, venturi, écoulements internes. - Rigueur dans la préparation du maillage et la qualité du modèle. Documents fournis - Cahier de charge (paramètres et caractéristiques) - Schémas et explications complémentaires si nécessaire

Hi, I have worked on CFD analysis projects where we prepared clean CAD models and generated OpenFOAM meshes to study airflow behavior in internal ducts and nozzle systems.
