I need a CAD programmer

I have a small project, I'd like to 3D print a prototype and need someone to write the computer files. It's a spiral with cubes (like dice) on it. 15 cubes, 1cm cubed. Height of the spiral 15cm. The cubes need to be able to spin. The spiral front on looks like a circle, like a clock face with a cube on each hour, because of the spiral 2 cubes at 5, 6 and 7 o'clock.
