United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking for a talented German speaking CSR to assist our Client who is Europe’s leading provider of micro-mobility.

Your daily tasks would consist of:
- Providing support via incoming calls and written messages in German ensuring ensure the Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements
- Escalate problems in German language for Second Line Help-desk
- Help with any additional administrative tasks on campaign
- Being on time and available for given shifts and substitution of other agents if needed
- Participation on all required training
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Proficient German and solid English language skills with at least 1 year experience in call/service center
- Technology acumen (familiaritiy with CRM tools is an advantage)
- Availability to work minimum 5-6 hours daily in CET timezone
What we offer:
- Payment of 13 EUR/hour
- Bonus of 300 - 600 EUR after 3 months of work (will be calculated based on worked hours/month)

Please note that this is a freelancer contract-based opportunity, so taxes and any social insurance contributions would be handled & paid by the Freelancer.
