I have two connected pieces of work that will streamline how I quote and monitor projects. First, I need my existing Canva quote design reproduced in Word. I will send you the PDF and expect the layout, colours, fonts, and spacing to match it perfectly inside Word’s header and footer areas so I can drop new content in without fiddling around. The header must carry my company logo plus full contact details, while the footer shows page numbers alongside the document title and today’s date—exactly as they appear in the Canva file. Second, I want a companion Excel workbook that lets me follow job progress at a glance. I’ll share a mock-up image that shows the row-and-column structure I have in mind. The sheet needs: • Columns that capture task completion status and key deadlines • Conditional formatting that instantly highlights each status (e.g., green for done, amber for due soon, red for overdue) • My brand fonts and colours applied consistently • Preset row heights and column widths so everything prints cleanly on A4 Each item has sub parts that allows me to choose what type of job it is, who done it, reduced, drafted exactly the same shown in the image When we’re done I should be able to open the Word template, generate a quote in minutes, then update the Excel tracker through the life of the job with clear visual signals telling me what needs attention.
