GIS expert needed to make 9 topo maps

I am a researcher getting ready to hold workshops with cities in Eastern Africa, and I need topographic maps to support the workshops. I am seeking a GIS expert to produce topographic maps for nine cities in Eastern Africa. These maps should cover an area that is at least 10-times the size of the current urban extent. The specifications are as follows. Necessary features: Background (white) Contour lines (gray): The distance between contour lines should depend on the amount of height difference, but should be no less than 10m increments. Existing roads from Open Street Map or other source (shown as black lines) Border: black border around map area, with sufficient edge space to allow for printing. Scale: 1km increments North Arrow Legend: none. Title: [City Name] Expansion Plan Size: A1 or equivalent Format: PDF, print quality. I will provide a rough .kmz frame for each map which you will correct to correspond to the print size.
