Healthy Dessert Cafe Menu Development

We are launching a premium, aesthetic healthy food brand in Doha focused on sugar-free desserts, functional meals (specifically filled healthy wraps), and wellness-driven food concepts. The brand combines indulgence with clean guilt -free ingredients, inspired by Erewhon-style wellness and luxury aesthetics. We are looking for an experienced freelance menu developer / chef to help us create and refine our launch menu. The main concept revolves around sugar-free desserts and functional healthy bowls & wraps. The main categories should include cake, cookie dough balls, and a healthy Twix bar and any other specific popular sugar free dessert. Each menu item should be accompanied by an ingredients list, calorie count, and health benefits.
