I’m looking for an experienced developer (or team) to build a custom AI-powered chatbot tailored for real estate agents and agencies. This chatbot will engage website visitors, qualify leads through smart questioning, and integrate with [login to view URL] and Slack for streamlined lead management and instant team notifications.
This is not a one-off gig! If we work well together, this can turn into ongoing projects, maintenance contracts, and a long-term partnership as we scale this solution to more clients.
What I Need:
A chatbot that asks visitors tailored questions, evaluates lead quality, and categorizes them (low, mid, high quality).
Seamless integration with [login to view URL] (to create/update lead dashboards automatically).
Instant alerts in Slack when new quality leads are added, showing agent teams all relevant contact details.
