We are planning to develop a WhatsApp-based N8N chatbot for business communication and customer support handling. The chatbot should be able to identify the sender, understand the purpose of the message, maintain session context, and route the conversation correctly. The system should handle different sender types such as customers, partners, support staff, admin, and unknown numbers. It should support support complaints, complaint status requests, sales enquiries, renewal / AMC enquiries, general information, partner-related requests, and internal staff/admin actions. For complaint cases, the system should capture the complaint, avoid duplicate ticket creation, register the case, notify internal support staff, and later communicate resolution back to the customer. For non-complaint enquiries such as sales or renewal, it should route the request to the correct team instead of treating everything as support. The project will require clear process design, session handling, role-based routing, ticket lifecycle management, internal notification flow, and validation/security controls.
