I am looking for someone who can create biomass gasification from EFB and carbon capture by MEA. The result for both biomass gasification and carbon capture by MEA need to be validated with results from the journals (biomass gasification and carbon capture by MEA has their own experimental journal). Both of them needs to be done by Aspen Plus. At the first stage, there are 2 different simulation : biomass gasification & carbon capture using MEA. The biomass gasification simulation needs to have the same result of syngas composition (CH4, CO, CO2 and H2) with the result from journal. The result needs to be validated based on the temperature at 650,700,750,800,850 and 900 Celcius. While for the MEA-carbon capture, the results need to be validated by the concentration of the MEA at 30%, 50%,70% and 90wt% of MEA. Then both of the simulations need to be combined so that sensitivity analysis can be done for : 1. The temperature of biomass gasfication effect to syngas composition 2. The effect of steam/biomass ratio to syngas composition 3. The concentration of MEA effect to carbon capture efficiency. I also can give those 2 simulations where I have done and you need to troubleshoot any error and then combine both of them.

I appreciate the opportunity to participate in the re-bidding for this Project, which requires knowledge in Reactor Design and Carbon Capture Simulation, using Aspen Plus. As a chemical and applied research engineer, my experiences have been related to applications such as Reactor Design, Azeotropic Distillation, C4-Isomerization, and Amine Units, including both MEA as well as MDEA Units. I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering, with professional experience in Distillation Column Design, Reactor Modeling for validating Conversions / Yield Estimates, and I am well verse with process simulation packages such as Aspen Plus, Aspen Hysys, PRO-II, ProMax, and DWSIM. I am experienced in writing technical reports/articles, and basic engineering packages. The proposed deliverables in-line with the project requirements is suggested to include: * Process Model set-up in Aspen Plus as per Design Basis. * Preliminary Material Balance / Stream Summary. * Simulation Model (.bkp file). The deliverables could be completed in about 30 days. The pdf format of the journal article is much appreciated. Note that a Rate-Based MEA simulation of Aspen Plus is quite involved and challenging.
