SC in chemistry, and diverse experiences in formulation development of, Dishwash Liquid, Floor cleaner, General purpose cleaner, Washing powder, Silky and anti dandruff shampoo, Toilet bowl cleaner, I have successfully developed and commercialised variety cleaning products and working right now in same field. I can help you. The primary challenge in formulating for the Kuwaiti market is accounting for local water hardness, which can collapse foam volume in dishwashing liquids if the sequestration system is weak. I will design a high-active SLES/CAPB blend reinforced with GLDA chelants to ensure high-grease cutting performance regardless of the water source. For the floor cleaner, the hidden problem is surfactant residue causing tackiness and "footprints" after drying. I will implement a low-residue non-ionic system using a specific alcohol-ethoxy coupling agent to ensure a streak-free, fast-evaporating finish. I will provide a cold-process manufacturing protocol to keep production costs low and specify the exact pH buffering range required to prevent the "viscosity thinning" that often occurs with fragrance oil interaction.
