We would be happy to support the formulation and development of Livio’s home care and hygiene product range. We have experience in these types of product formulations, including glass cleaners, floor cleaners, white/milky phenyl, black phenyl, toilet cleaners, and related household cleaning products. Our experience includes surfactant and solvent selection, emulsifier and fragrance compatibility, preservative systems, pH balancing, stability, packaging compatibility, cost optimization, and scale-up from lab batches to commercial production. We can provide complete formulations with ingredient percentages, manufacturing process, mixing sequence, raw-material recommendations, QC parameters, stability/performance testing guidance, dilution ratios, troubleshooting support, and scale-up instructions. Our approach will focus on developing safe, stable, effective, consumer-friendly, and commercially viable products that can be manufactured consistently and expanded into a broader Livio portfolio over time.

I am a Chemical Technical with extensive experience in formulation and product development for consumer products. My main professional background is in cosmetic and personal-care formulation, but I also have hands-on experience with home-care and cleaning products, including formulation work involving surfactants, solvents, preservatives, fragrances, pH adjustment, stability and raw material compatibility. During my professional career, including my work with Algabo S.A., I was involved in the development and scale-up of commercial consumer products and in the technical evaluation of raw materials, manufacturing processes and quality parameters. The product range you describe — glass cleaners, floor cleaners, white and black phenyl and toilet cleaners — is within an area I can confidently work with. My approach would be to first define the required performance, target cost, available raw materials and manufacturing conditions, and then develop formulations that are effective, stable, commercially viable and suitable for scale-up. I can provide complete formulations, manufacturing procedures, raw material specifications, pH and QC parameters, stability recommendations and troubleshooting support during initial production trials.
