I am looking for a mechanical/fluid systems engineer to review and improve a small liquid distribution assembly. The system will distribute UAN liquid fertilizer— urea ammonium nitrate solution — through a main hose, multiple branch connections, small calibrated orifices, and flexible outlet hoses. Scope of work: - review the current CAD concept, - simulate or calculate liquid flow through the system, - check pressure drop and flow balance between multiple outlets, - verify whether the current orifice size is suitable, - suggest design improvements if needed, - recommend sealing method, materials, and serviceable connections, - optionally modify the CAD design. The liquid is a corrosive agricultural fertilizer solution, so experience with hydraulic systems, fluid distribution, manifolds, pressure drop, or chemical-resistant fittings is preferred. I will provide CAD screenshots/files, dimensions, expected flow rate, pump capacity, hose layout, and operating pressure. I need a practical engineering solution, not only theory. Please apply only if you have experience with fluid flow calculations, small manifolds, or hydraulic/chemical liquid systems +++This is important—you also need to be an engineer who can come up with better components or solutions
