I need a complete, lab-tested formulation for a super-concentrated white phenyl that can be diluted at 1 part concentrate to 100 parts water without losing stability, fragrance or cleaning power. The end product should match the quality of similar 1:100 brands already on the market. White phenyl is non-negotiable; however, I’m flexible on the core ingredients. Pine oil, terpenol or a robust emulsifier concentrate can all be considered, provided the final mix emulsifies quickly, remains milky white after dilution and leaves no oily residue.
