Creative Direction: * Short, snappy, and visually impactful. * Cinematic and polished, with a subtle Hollywood-style feel while remaining tasteful and professional. * Focus on creating curiosity and anticipation rather than revealing the entire property. * Strong camera movement, clean transitions, and premium production quality. Music: * Tasteful, upbeat, classy, and cinematic. * Should build anticipation throughout the video. * Gradually increase in energy and momentum, leading to a strong crescendo at the end. Objective: Create excitement around the upcoming launch and leave viewers wanting to see more. Length: * Approximately 20–30 seconds. Deliverables: * One horizontal master version (16:9). * One vertical version (9:16) optimized for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Stories, created from the horizontal footage where possible. Final Feel: Premium, sophisticated, memorable, and engaging. Attachments: We are the Albion Group, 2 versions of our logo are attached. At the very start, we want you to get straight into it, not long intro with our logo, a quick flash of our logo is fine if it doesn't slow down the pace, otherwise at the end is best.
