The job is to turn a very small, single-sided board—35 mm × 23 mm, 1.5 mm thick—into a full Gerber package ready for fabrication. The layout is straightforward: one reed switch, a single copper track, and two solder lugs. You will work from the material I already have: clear photographs of the prototype and a dimensioned PDF that came out of my AutoCAD workflow. No special manufacturer or industry rule set is required; just follow standard defaults that any board house can accept. Deliverables I need back: • RS-274X Gerber files for all layers (copper, solder-mask if used, silkscreen if needed, and board outline). • Excellon drill file. • A quick read-me confirming layer naming and the units you used. Once I receive those files, I should be able to upload them directly to my usual PCB service and get the board produced with no further edits. If anything in the photos or PDF seems unclear, just flag it early and I’ll clarify straight away.
