I'd be glad to take on this job. I have successful setup Teams Direct routing with CUCM using ISR4300 series router as three Cisco Universal Boarder Elements (CUBEs). Ingress and exgress calls from Microsoft Teams to CUCM and PSTN works great in both directions.
