We have an office from where we access our datacenter server.
We have a few computers, all they successfully access the VPN and then make RDP connection to the datacenter servers. We bought a new computer recently, which also successful connects to the datacenter server but the RDP doesn't work. We use the same IP, the server is up, and the RDP is on (as other of our computers can also access it). We use the same OS windows 8.1 pro and the computers are in the same network. We disabled the windows firewall, so we doubt its firewall issue.
We did a check with our network guys and they confirmed that we have a successful connection to the datacenter and server but still RDP doesn't find the computer, neither VNC. In the VPN we see that all packets are bypassed. The new computer is ASUS ROG. We reinstalled vpn, tried RDP , VNC ... we have no idea how to fix that.
