I am Iulian Seba, an exploration geologist a with a large experience in various projects across Europe, Africa and US. Some of the projects were advanced, until the mine development stage. Beside the geology and connexed domains (geochemistry, geophysics, etc) I was involved also as a GIS responsible for large infrastructure projects: establish of hydro power plants basis on remote sensing geomorphological analysis (watershed calculation, estimation of the waterflow, proposal for the best location, etc. In all these projects, identifying various geographical data available and including them in a data package (GIS) was a strictly necessity. I am an experienced user of MapInfo, Global Mapper, ArcInfo and of various other software packages for special purposes like geophysics or engineering (Geosoft, Surfer, Rockware, AutocadMap, etc). I have experience in several projects like this and also in tropical countries as the required in the study, since i am from Costa Rica we have very complex basins as yours. I also have specific experience analysing and designing storm water systems for Solar Photovoltaic Projects: PS Guayaramerin 2.5 MWp (Bolivia) PS Riberalta 5.4 MWp (Bolivia) PS San Isidro 6.5 MWp (El Salvador) Important to mention that i also did the solar configuration design and civil works design for the PS San Isidro located in El Salvador, which consists in aprox. 18000 Longi modules with ABB string inverters and starts construction in the 2nd trimester of this year. I also have experience in the hydrology and hydraulic design of some hydroelectric power plants in Costa Rica, several Due Dilligences for Hydroelectric and Solar projects in Central America. At this moment i am the Technical Coordinator of Geo Ingeniería Ingenieros Consultores, which is a 38 years old renewable energy consulting firm based in Costa Rica that you can easily check on the internet.
