Residential Water Line Installation for Multi-Family Home

I am in need of an Arkansas PE stamp for a rural neighborhood water line. Will provide certifed surveyor map with easements. This will be a four inch simple loop system approx 2600 ft long, connected to an existing four inch rural water line. Local water company will provide their materials list, depth of burial to satisfy health department and state code, accessories and all other technical measurements needed for certification.
