For 100% success will needed from you: 1. full architectural design with : - level marks of the each floor, level of the roof - floor covering thickness on each floor - the names and the thickness of the materials that go into flooring/covering - the materials of the outer non bearing walls and their thickness -!!! properties of your blocks - material of the partitions -!!! also i think blocks - section of stairs with level marks with the intermediate areas, flooring/covering , thickness - relief around the building with level marks (preferably relatively from ground floor or the 1st floor) - setting of the elevators(if they will be) with loads, machine room, dimensions - the holes in the floor slabs and bearing walls from the MEP and HVAC - on the plans it is necessary to specify the size of doorways and their height.
