Urban AutoCAD Traffic Plan Draft - Dubai RTA ROWPS

I need a detailed traffic management plan drawn in Civil AutoCAD for an inner-city project. The plan must clearly show every road closure and detour, all required signage and pavement markings, plus safe pedestrian routes with the appropriate protection measures. I will supply aerial imagery, existing CAD base files and my staging notes the moment the contract starts. Your task is to convert that information into a compliant, presentation-ready drawing set that a contractor and the city reviewer can both read without extra explanation. No orphaned layers, broken references or missing fonts in the DWG. 4. PDF passes a quick overlay check against the CAD file with zero shifts.
