Assuming we are working with a large team of around fifty developers, the setup and test phase is crucial. I actually looked into how companies like Accenture and Rakuten are scaling this. Accenture is a premier partner for Claude Code and is training 30,000 pros on it. Rakuten even saw their feature delivery time drop from 24 days to just 5. For your test projects, I would suggest trying the parallel session approach used by the creator of Claude Code. You can run multiple sessions in different tabs to speed up work. One trade-off I considered is using the CLI versus the Web UI. The CLI is faster for active coding, but the Web UI is better for managing longer tasks. Using this setup will help your team move faster and keep the system healthy by automating things like unit tests and documentation.
