Comprehensive End-Lease Apartment Cleaning

My tenancy is about to finish and I must deliver the apartment in spotless, inspection-ready condition. I need the full suite of move-out services: standard cleaning for the obvious surfaces, deep cleaning for those spots agents love to check (skirting boards, grout, oven, rangehood, exhaust fans), and steam or equivalent carpet cleaning to lift any lingering marks or odours. Every room is included—kitchen, bathrooms, all bedrooms and the living room—so you’ll be covering floors, benches, cabinetry, fixtures and fittings throughout. On top of that, please give special attention to: • Dusting and thorough vacuuming of all floors, vents and light fittings • Washing or wiping down walls to remove scuffs and handprints • Cleaning doors, frames and handles so they look freshly painted I’ll organise access and make sure power and water are on. You bring the gear, eco-friendly products and carpet machine. When you’re done the place should be ready for final agent inspection with no follow-up touches required; a receipt for the carpet clean would be handy for my bond paperwork. Timing is flexible within the next week, but I’d prefer to lock in a single day slot rather than split visits. Let me know your earliest availability and how long you expect the job to take.
