Cloud Project Database Dashboard

I need to consolidate every project my company runs into a single, cloud-hosted database that feeds a live dashboard. Right now information is scattered across spreadsheets and different apps; I want one multidimensional store that captures each project from kickoff to close-out and shows real-time status at a glance. Scope • Design and build the underlying data model (tables, relations, or collections) so it scales gracefully as we add more projects and teams. • Host everything in the cloud—AWS, Azure, GCP, or another reliable platform you recommend—so it remains secure, always available, and easy to back up. • Develop a browser-based dashboard that sits on top of the database. Core widgets must let me filter by project, stage, or owner, surface key metrics (budget burn, timeline health, blockers), and drill down to the raw records when needed. • Set up user roles so project managers can edit, team members can update their own items, and executives can view high-level summaries without touching the data. • Provide clear deployment notes and a brief hand-over session so my internal admin can maintain the system once it is live. Deliverables 1. Cloud architecture diagram and tech-stack bill of materials 2. Normalized (or document-based) schema with sample data 3. Responsive dashboard source code and compiled build 4. Step-by-step deployment script or pipeline 5. Basic user guide (PDF or Markdown) Acceptance criteria • Dashboard loads in under 3 seconds for a portfolio of at least 100 active projects. • Role-based permissions block unauthorized edits. • All data updates reflect on the dashboard without manual refresh. • Codebase passes linting/tests and is pushed to a private repo we share.
