I want to take FalconAI Aviation OS from idea to a cloud-native product that Saudi airlines can count on to cut operating costs. The first release must centre on Flight Operations—real-time monitoring, automated planning, fuel-burn optimisation and disruption handling—delivered as a multi-tenant SaaS platform airlines will license rather than build themselves. Architecture & scope The core should be micro-service based, containerised and deployable on AWS or Azure so we can bolt on additional modules without refactoring. Those upcoming modules include full Crew Management (with scheduling & rostering, compliance tracking, and training / certification management baked in), Maintenance, Passenger-service recovery features and an executive analytics layer. APIs have to stay open so we can later extend the same backbone to airports, MROs and ground-handling partners. Business driver Every feature must demonstrate a measurable reduction in an airline’s operating costs while meeting all GACA, IOSA and EASA safety-compliance requirements. Deliverables for the Flight Operations MVP • A web dashboard and mobile-ready interface for the OCC. • Data ingestion from flight-planning tools, ADS-B and AODB feeds updated within 60 s. • Fuel-burn prediction engine accurate to ±3 %. • Real-time crew legality and delay alerts. • API documentation and test suite. • Platform uptime ≥ 99.5 %. When you respond, please outline – Your proposed tech stack and why it fits this domain. – Relevant airline, aerospace or mission-critical experience. – A phased milestone plan (with approximate timelines) to reach MVP and subsequent modules. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a clear, cost-effective roadmap that keeps the long-term vision intact.

Hi, I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 20+ years of experience, focused on AI and cloud systems. I have gone through your specific requirement for Flight Operations SaaS. I have built something like this for trading clients, including HYPERION DEUS EX MACHINA with Python AsyncIO and multiprocessing. I would choose AWS ECS over Kubernetes initially because the MVP needs lower operational overhead while keeping services containerized. I will build the Flight Operations backend as containerized Python services with FastAPI and PostgreSQL, with clear API boundaries for later modules. Data ingestion will use event based processing so ADS B and AODB updates can move through the platform without blocking planning workloads. And I will keep tenant isolation and audit logs in the core design, at least that is where I would start. Relevant architecture samples I can send. Which flight planning and AODB providers must the MVP connect to? What historical flight data is available for the ±3% fuel model? Which GACA or IOSA compliance workflows must be demonstrated first? Free for a quick call this week? Or answer those three and I will map the first release. Dev Singh

SolutionzHere can architect a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform for FalconAI Aviation OS, starting with a Flight Operations MVP on Azure/AWS using microservices, containers, real-time data ingestion, fuel-burn prediction, crew legality alerts and OCC dashboards. We’ll ensure open APIs, test coverage and ≥99.5% uptime targets. Realistic estimate: MVP 10–14 weeks, $25k–$45k; the posted budget suits only a discovery/architecture phase. Subsequent modules (Crew, Maintenance, analytics) can follow iteratively. Do you already have access to historical flight, fuel-burn, crew, AODB and ADS-B datasets, and which flight-planning/OCC systems must integrate first?

Hi, I got that you are looking for a cloud-native product development expert to build FalconAI Aviation OS focusing on Flight Operations for Saudi airlines. This is what I can help you with, let's chat. My approach is to develop the core of FalconAI using a micro-service architecture, containerized for easy deployment on AWS or Azure. Leveraging tools like Kubernetes for orchestration and Docker for containerization, I will ensure seamless scalability and flexibility. By implementing real-time monitoring, automated planning, and fuel-burn optimization, I will deliver a robust platform that meets all GACA, IOSA, and EASA safety-compliance requirements. The hardest requirement of this project is to ensure a fuel-burn prediction engine accurate to ±3%, which I will achieve through advanced algorithms and data analysis. As final deliverables, you will receive a web dashboard and mobile interface for the OCC, data ingestion capabilities, crew legality alerts, and API documentation. One thing I'd like to confirm before we start: Do you have any specific requirements for the executive analytics layer? Looking forward to discussing this project further with you. Regards, Imran

Hello, You asked for a stack and why it fits, but the decision that governs this domain is not the stack, it is the boundary between safety-critical and advisory, so let me lead there. Under GACA, IOSA and EASA, software that dispatches flights or asserts crew legality carries a certification burden that dwarfs the code. The MVP airlines will trust, and that you can get approved, keeps FalconAI advisory: it monitors, predicts and alerts, and a licensed dispatcher makes the legal call. Your own deliverable, "crew legality alerts", is exactly right as an alert, not an automated ruling. That boundary decides your compliance path, liability, and time to market. That reframes the fuel engine too. ±3% is achievable, but what matters is that every prediction is explainable and traceable to its inputs, because an airline optimising fuel against safety margins must audit why the system said what it said. A black box that hits ±3% but can't show its reasoning won't clear a safety review. On architecture, the real challenge is the 60-second ingestion from ADS-B and AODB feeds, which are streaming and messy. That points to an event-driven core, Kafka or a managed equivalent, services consuming streams, not a CRUD app. Multi-tenancy and isolation go in from the first table, since airlines will not share a data plane. One question: for the MVP, is FalconAI strictly advisory to the OCC, or intended to make dispatch decisions? That changes the entire regulatory and technical scope.

Your goal of building a cloud-native FalconAI Aviation OS for Saudi airlines, focusing initially on Flight Operations with real-time monitoring and automated planning, directly aligns with my experience in developing scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platforms. I’ve successfully architected and deployed similar micro-service based systems on AWS, achieving significant cost reductions for clients through optimized resource utilization and streamlined operations, which I believe is directly applicable to your fuel-burn optimization objective. My approach would involve leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration on AWS EKS or Azure AKS, ensuring seamless scalability and high availability. For the micro-services, I’d propose a Python/FastAPI backend for rapid development and efficient communication, with PostgreSQL for persistent data storage and Redis for caching and real-time data streaming. A robust CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions will ensure rapid iteration and deployment, while implementing event-driven architecture with Kafka will enable loose coupling between services for future module integration. To ensure the best fit, could you elaborate on the specific data sources you envision for real-time monitoring and how you plan to handle data security and compliance for multi-tenant airline operations? I'm eager to discuss how my technical expertise can accelerate your vision for FalconAI.

I’ve deployed multi-tenant aerospace SaaS stacks on AWS/Azure for ATC systems and airline ops dashboards, so this is right in my wheelhouse. I’ll containerize the Flight Ops stack with .NET Core for the micro-services, PostgreSQL/Cosmos for multi-tenant persistence, and React for the OCC dashboard—matching ADS-B/AODB feeds via Kafka streams with sub-second latency, Kubernetes on AKS for 99.5% uptime, and a fuel-burn engine using XGBoost tuned to ±3% accuracy. I’ve integrated GACA/IOSA compliance checks on live A320 fleets before, so the validation pipeline will mirror that. APIs will expose REST/gRPC with OpenAPI docs and Pact tests for downstream integrations. Thanks, Andrii

Hi, The highest-risk part of FalconAI is not the cloud stack but validating the operational data and fuel-optimisation assumptions before they become safety-sensitive product logic. In particular, ±3% fuel-burn accuracy needs to be proven against representative aircraft, route, weather and historical operational data. My background covers cloud SaaS, AI systems, APIs, realtime data workflows, containerised services and production architecture. I would not claim airline-domain experience I cannot substantiate. For the first phase I would define the Flight Operations domain model, ADS-B/AODB and planning integrations, multi-tenant boundaries, event/data architecture, availability targets, AI versus deterministic logic, and a measurable fuel-model validation framework. I would also map GACA/IOSA/EASA requirements to technical controls and identify which require airline-domain validation. Discovery: $750 USD. Timeline: 7 days. The output would be a build-ready architecture, milestone roadmap and realistic MVP cost before production development begins.

==== Hi - Truong here ==== "FALCONAI AVIATION OS MVP" — you need a scalable flight operations platform built around real airline needs. I’d start with a cloud-native microservice architecture using containers, clear APIs, and separate data pipelines for flight feeds, analytics, and operational alerts. The key decision is keeping the Flight Operations MVP modular so Crew, Maintenance, and analytics modules can be added without rebuilding the core. The main challenge is real-time reliability, so I’d design around monitoring, fault handling, and data freshness from ADS-B and planning sources from the beginning. Which flight-planning systems and AODB/ADS-B data providers need to be connected for the first MVP? Looking forward to working with you.

Hi, I'm Denis. I understand you're building FalconAI Aviation OS as a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS for Saudi airlines, starting with Flight Operations and expanding to Crew Management and Maintenance. The first release needs real-time monitoring, fuel optimization, and disruption handling while meeting strict aviation compliance. For the Flight Operations MVP, I’d propose a Go-based microservices architecture on Azure Kubernetes Service for scalability and cost control, using PostgreSQL for consistency and Redis for low-latency operations. The fuel-burn engine would leverage a lightweight ML model trained on historical flight data, optimized for ±3% accuracy. APIs will follow REST/GraphQL standards with OpenAPI documentation for seamless airline system integration. With experience in mission-critical systems where real-time processing and strict compliance were essential, I’m well-equipped for this project’s demands. The roadmap includes requirements refinement, compliance mapping, and core microservices for data ingestion, fuel prediction, and alerting. Integration with ADS-B and flight-planning tools, followed by load testing under simulated airline traffic, would follow. Key risks—legacy data quality and API scalability—would be mitigated with early validation layers and ingestion pipeline load testing. I’m available to start immediately. Let’s connect to discuss further. Thanks, Denis

Hi, You're asking for API documentation and a test suite up front, which tells me you already know this thing has to survive integration with real airline systems, not just look good in a demo. That's the right instinct, and it's what I'd build around from day one. For the stack, I'd run this as containerized microservices on AWS, using ECS or EKS so each module (flight ops now, crew and maintenance later) scales and deploys on its own without touching the others. Fuel-burn prediction and the ADS-B/AODB ingestion pipeline are the pieces I'd want to prototype first, since accuracy and data freshness are what airlines will actually judge you on. I've worked with real-time feed ingestion and uptime-critical systems before, and the 60-second data lag and 99.5% uptime targets are realistic with the right queueing and monitoring setup. Realistically the Flight Ops MVP, dashboard included, is about 2 days of work. Before I lock a timeline down, I'd want to know which flight-planning tool and ADS-B provider you're pulling from, since that changes the ingestion build quite a bit. I can start scoping the data layer this week. Best, Emrah

★•══•★ Hi client ★•══•★ I can help build FalconAI Aviation OS with a cloud-native microservices architecture designed for reliability, scalability, and future modules. I’d use Python/FastAPI for services and data APIs, Docker/Kubernetes for containerization, and AWS or Azure for deployment, with PostgreSQL and event-driven messaging for reliable data flow. I’d start with the Flight Operations MVP: ADS-B/AODB/planning-data ingestion, OCC dashboard, real-time alerts, fuel prediction, disruption handling, and documented APIs with automated testing. The architecture would keep services independent so Crew, Maintenance, Passenger Recovery, and Analytics can be added without rebuilding the core. For aviation compliance, reliability and auditability would be built into the design from the beginning rather than treated as an afterthought. I can also structure the work into clear milestones from foundation → Flight Ops MVP → optimization → expansion. Would you like me to propose the MVP architecture and milestone roadmap first? Best regards, Rico
