All of our design, production and administrative documents have to live in a single, well-organised Google Drive environment. I need a specialist who can migrate the current folder structure, apply consistent naming conventions, and then lock everything down so only approved company desktops and authorised mobile phones can open or edit the content. Scope of work • Migrate every existing file to Google Drive, keeping our present hierarchy intact. • Configure Google Workspace sharing so staff have Read and Write rights while outsiders see nothing unless I grant it. • Enforce device-based access: our in-house PCs and approved iOS/Android phones must pass Google’s endpoint verification before Drive will open. • Turn on and test version history for every file type, showing me how to roll back to a previous version quickly. • Produce a short admin guide that explains how to add new devices, change permissions and restore files. Acceptance criteria 1. Any attempt to open Drive from an unregistered device is blocked. 2. A file edited and saved must appear in version history, and a prior revision can be restored within two clicks. 3. My test user can read and write in the shared folders; an external Gmail user sees “No access”. 4. Final hand-over document is delivered in PDF. Tools expected: Google Workspace Admin console, Drive for Desktop, Endpoint Management, and any lightweight monitoring add-ons you recommend. Once everything is live and verified, the project is complete.
