I need a reliable engineer who can jump straight into Both L1 and L2 Support tasks for my clients’ Ubuntu desktops and servers. You must be completely comfortable reading logs, fixing permissions, rescuing users who cannot log in, and keeping an eye on disk, service, and performance issues. This is a remote role, handled almost entirely through Slack chat and ticketing in both Jira and ServiceNow, so extensive experience with those two platforms is essential. Most days you will spend just 1–2 hours solving the queue, but consistency matters—we are planning on a long-term collaboration and I will route work to you whenever it lands. If you have worked with NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, or Cloudflare, let me know; those tools occasionally appear in our environment and that extra knowledge helps.
