127263 Typo3 Extension Fix

Typo3 v4.02. Apache/Linux server. I have a simple manual for a typo3 extension named galileo_classifieds that is installed but records not working in the backend as the manual illustrates in the attached file.

I will be checking my email for replies throughout the day as this is time critical. I will respond to all questions and pay immediately upon completion.
