Build Mac OS application that interacts with Twitter

Im looking for a talented programmer to build me an application that automates tasks in twitter.

The program cannot use the twitter API, but must be made by parsing html. Furthermore, the application must run in Mac OS X. The specs of the program is are to automate very simple tasks, and shouldn't really be an issue with regards to complexity.
