Cold-Call Lead Setter for CRE

Seeking a confident freelance outbound caller/appointment setter to contact commercial property owners and schedule complimentary on-site building inspections following recent hail and storm events. PRIMARY PAY: $75 per qualified, completed on-site inspection. This is the main compensation for the appointment-setting work. You do not have to wait for a restoration contract, insurance approval, construction, or final project payout to receive the $75 inspection payment. ADDITIONAL BONUSES: Phase I and Phase II bonuses may be available when leads successfully convert and progress through the restoration process. • Phase I bonuses may apply after a restoration contract is signed and required insurance approval is obtained. • Phase II bonuses may apply after project completion/final payout. These bonuses are additional upside only, are not guaranteed, and may take months to a year or longer depending on the project and insurance process. YOUR ROLE: • Contact commercial property owners and authorized decision-makers. • Professionally explain the complimentary inspection. • Schedule legitimate, qualified on-site inspections. • Follow up with interested prospects when needed. • Accurately record prospect and appointment information. • Navigate gatekeepers and communicate confidently with decision-makers. I will provide the campaign details, qualification criteria, calling guidance/script, prospecting data where available, and access to a dialer using a U.S. number. Calls will be recorded through the dialer for quality control. I will review calls and appointment details to verify that inspections are legitimate and properly qualified. Once a qualified inspection is completed, the lead remains credited to the freelancer for potential Phase I and Phase II bonuses, regardless of whether the freelancer or our team later schedules the results/closing conversation. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent spoken English, a clear and professional phone voice, reliable internet, quiet calling environment, and comfort with outbound prospecting. Cold-calling, appointment-setting, roofing, restoration, insurance, commercial real estate, or B2B sales experience is preferred. Prospecting calls must be made during approved U.S. business hours, generally 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time. This can become an ongoing part-time or full-time opportunity for freelancers who consistently generate legitimate, qualified commercial inspections.
