From your beat-by-beat outline: an assembly that follows your story, then trimming so each shot holds only as long as it needs to, transitions limited to clean cuts and perhaps one or two soft dissolves where a change of place needs it, colour corrected for consistency first and then lifted to the bright, uncluttered look you describe. On your two open questions, my honest view is that a quiet ambient track helps a minimal reel feel intentional rather than silent, and that a motion graphic only earns its place if there is a line of text the story needs. I'm a new freelancer so, I can do all what you want with the least money you can pay to me that is 600 with a 3 free modifications after I finish but If you want 3 more modifications on the video the payment will increase from 600 to 650. but, you must know that I don't work with any music or soundtracks, only sound effects.
