Job Title: Full-Time Medical Practice Assistant – AZTRT (Remote) Location: Remote – Open to Global Candidates Pay: Competitive (based on experience and location) Job Description AZTRT is a leading provider of hormone optimization therapy, including TRT, Enclomiphene, GLP-1s, and other medications. We are seeking a highly organized and medically knowledgeable assistant to join our team. This is a full-time remote position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Job Responsibilities ? Confirm patient appointments and handle prescription refill requests. ?️ Manage patient records using our EMR system (Elation Health). ? Process patient payments and resolve any issues. ? Route medical questions to the appropriate providers promptly and accurately. ? Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy policies. ? Provide professional, empathetic customer service to all patients. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Medical background (MA, CNA, LPN, or similar preferred). ✔️ Experience with EMRs and payment processors. ✔️ HIPAA certified (or willing to become certified). ✔️ Strong phone communication skills and ability to spend several hours daily on the phone. ✔️ Comfortable working with computers and highly adaptable to new technology. Technical Proficiency: Experience with EMRs (Elation Health experience is a plus). Experience with payment processors like Stripe or similar platforms. Proficient in communication platforms like GoHighLevel, Zoom, and similar tools. Performance Expectations: ✅ Maintain a 90%+ appointment confirmation rate. ✅ Ensure that 100% of prescription refill requests are processed within 24 hours. ✅ Respond to patient inquiries within 1 business day. Communication Skills Are Essential Since this is a patient-facing role that involves phone and text communication, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is critical. Strong English language proficiency (both written and spoken) is required to ensure patients can easily understand and engage with you.
