OSH Trainer Needed - Factory Workforce

Requirement: OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) Trainer – Factory Workforce (CSPL, Modinagar) We are looking to engage an experienced OSH Trainer to conduct safety training sessions for full-time employees and contract labour at our e-waste recycling facility in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh. Scope of Work: Deliver practical training on workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk prevention Cover topics such as: PPE usage and compliance Fire safety & emergency evacuation Electrical and machinery safety Safe handling of e-waste and hazardous materials Shop floor safety practices Conduct toolbox talks and refresher sessions Assist in developing training material and SOP-based modules Support in mock drills (fire / evacuation) Requirements: Prior experience in industrial / factory safety training Knowledge of Factories Act, EHS norms, and OSH standards Experience working with blue-collar workforce / contract labour Ability to deliver sessions in Hindi (mandatory); basic English preferred Certifications in safety (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety) preferred Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract (initial engagement for 2 days, extendable) Location: On-site at CSPL Plant, Modinagar (UP) We are looking for a trainer who can deliver practical, easy-to-understand, and engaging sessions tailored to shop-floor workers.
