I need a detail-focused coordinator who can take full ownership of three ongoing streams of work in my NDIS support business: • Rostering – build and adjust weekly staff rosters in our cloud-based scheduling software, respond quickly to last-minute shift changes, and make sure every participant’s support plan is fully covered. • HR records – keep employee files up to date, track qualifications and expiries, and enter data accurately into our System (vertex360). • Client communication – be the first point of contact for participants and their families, confirming shifts, fielding basic enquiries, and escalating issues when required. Success in this role hinges on solid experience with HR software, confident use of professional scheduling tools, and a clear working knowledge of current NDIS regulations. Strong written and verbal communication is essential; you will speak with support workers, service coordinators and clients every day. I already have processes and templates in place, so I’m looking for someone who can step in quickly, follow existing workflows, suggest improvements where you see them, and keep everything organised and compliant without constant supervision.
