Payment Approval Specialist for Adult Platform

Job Title High-Risk Payment Approval Specialist Needed to Secure Approval with 2 Payment Providers for Canadian Adult Digital Platform Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced freelancer whose main objective is to help Cherrywine obtain approval with at least 2 suitable payment providers. This is not a general consulting role. This is not a technical integration role. We already have a developer for implementation. We need a specialist who can take ownership of the approval process from start to finish and help us obtain approvals with the best available providers in terms of: • cost-benefit • approval likelihood • compatibility with our Canadian company structure • compatibility with our Canadian banking setup • international payment coverage About Cherrywine Cherrywine is a Canadian-registered company with banking in Canada. Cherrywine is a digital-only adult creator platform focused on: • premium digital content • subscriptions / memberships • tips • 1:1 virtual video calls / live online experiences • optional adult e-commerce Cherrywine is not an escort business and does not provide: • prostitution • in-person meetings • physical companionship • travel arrangements • escort services The platform must be positioned truthfully and strategically as a digital adult content / creator platform, with strong compliance language and zero in-person services. Objective Your job is to help us obtain written approval from at least 2 suitable payment providers for Cherrywine. We are not hiring for recommendations only. We are hiring for execution and approval management. The target is to secure approvals that together provide the broadest practical payment coverage possible for Cherrywine, including: • credit cards • debit cards • crypto payments • strong coverage for customers in: o Canada o United States o Europe o Asia o Latin America (especially important) We understand that this may require a combination of providers, for example: • one provider for global card processing • one provider for crypto and/or regional coverage • or another practical mix that gives Cherrywine the best overall coverage and cost-benefit Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for: 1. Reviewing Cherrywine’s website and identifying all content, wording, positioning, or presentation issues that may hurt underwriting. 2. Determining the most realistic processors / payment providers to pursue based on: o approval probability o fees / cost-benefit o support for Canadian companies o support for adult digital content and virtual services o international payment coverage 3. Building an approval strategy aimed at securing at least 2 complementary providers. 4. Revising and preparing the site copy, compliance wording, and business presentation as needed to maximize approval chances. 5. Preparing the full application package and all supporting explanations required by each selected provider. 6. Managing communication with underwriting / onboarding teams through our email account. 7. Responding to processor questions, objections, and follow-ups. 8. Requesting from us any necessary documentation or clarification needed for approval. 9. Coordinating with our developer only if technical information is required by the provider during application review. 10. Continuing the process until: • Cherrywine is approved by at least 2 suitable providers, or • it is clearly documented that the realistic options pursued have been exhausted and why. Required Outcome The freelancer’s work must be focused on obtaining approvals, not just giving advice. The target outcome is: • approval with at least 2 payment providers • together offering the strongest practical coverage possible across: o cards o debit o crypto o Canada o USA o Europe o Asia o Latin America At least one approved provider should be suitable for mainstream card processing, and at least one approved provider should strengthen coverage for crypto and/or international/regional payment acceptance, especially for Latin America. Access Provided The freelancer will have access only to: • company documents needed for underwriting • our email account for processor communication • WordPress as content administrator only for copy/content changes Access Not Provided The freelancer will not have access to: • servers • hosting • source code • developer accounts • bank accounts • payout settings • settlement controls • DNS or domain registrar • infrastructure beyond what is necessary to support approval Deliverables The freelancer must deliver: 1. Website and compliance wording adjusted as needed for underwriting 2. Complete application packages submitted to the selected providers 3. All underwriting communication handled professionally 4. Clear tracking of: o which providers were pursued o what was submitted o what was changed on the website o what objections were raised o how they were addressed 5. Written approval from at least 2 suitable providers, if obtained 6. A final handoff summary for our developer so they can complete technical integration 7. A coverage summary showing what each approved provider will cover, for example: o cards o debit o crypto o supported regions / countries o major limitations or exclusions Ideal Candidate Please apply only if you have real experience with: • high-risk merchant approvals • adult content / cam / creator-platform underwriting • crypto payment onboarding • international payment provider onboarding • payment processor approvals for Canadian companies • compliance positioning for adult digital businesses Important Notes • We are not looking for a developer. • We are not looking for someone who only gives recommendations. • We are looking for someone who can own the approval process and push it through. • No one can ethically promise guaranteed approval, because the final decision belongs to each processor. However, we expect the freelancer to be strongly outcome-driven and to work until approval is obtained or the viable options are exhausted. • We expect the freelancer to pursue a practical multi-provider setup, not to insist on a single provider if that reduces approval chances or weakens international coverage.
