I’m looking for an IT technician who can come to our office and become an on-site standby IT support. When engaged, the working hours is from 8:30am to 5:30pm (8 hour per job), or from 5:30pm to 9:30pm (4 hour job). The dutyis to ensure that the network runs properly, Desktops (used by students) are running smoothly. You need to be able to solve problems related to desktop h/w, o/s, network (WAN, LAN, Security) and Cloud issues. Your prompt action is required whenever there is a help request from company staff involving staff PC or students PC.
