People Counter Expert needed

This is to count person and estimate if he puts on mask or not according to Corona crisis. It is very urgent thing,

so there are so many open sources to count person. But what I need:

1. The accuracy must be very high more than 98%.

2. The project must provide the real-time.

I have checked lots of open sources, but its accuracy is not so good. So if you have not confidence with accuracy, you don't have to place a bid.
